We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand voice and creating high-quality, engaging content tailored to B2B audiences across the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with deep experience in lifecycle marketing, product positioning, and paid ad campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling email sequences, onboarding content, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Develop clear, concise messaging for product launches, feature updates, and case studies that communicate value to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Leverage AI to enhance productivity, producing high-quality content at scale and achieving the impact of a team five times larger.
- Create attention-grabbing ad copy for LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms, optimized for CTRs, conversions, and audience segmentation.
- Write and edit a variety of content, including landing pages, blogs, white papers, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance, A/B test copy, and continuously refine messaging for maximum effectiveness.
- Partner with designers, product marketers, and strategists to produce cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Ensure Deel’s distinct tone and personality shine through all copy by prioritizing clarity and simplicity to make content easy to understand, balancing delightfulness with directness, and using humor strategically.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on product, lifecycle, and paid marketing.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle marketing and the ability to develop compelling messaging at each stage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Finance, HR, Payroll or other relevant B2B space.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven copy optimization.
- Portfolio of successful product marketing campaigns.
