We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy and Operations Business Partner to join our GTM Strategy, Operations, and Systems team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to influence strategic priorities, develop long-term go-to-market strategies, and implement effective operational processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions—to ensure the seamless execution of business objectives and drive revenue growth through optimised go-to-market strategies.
Your Impact
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensure strategic priorities are aligned and executed effectively across business units, fostering collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company’s go-to-market objectives.
- Facilitate Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure clear communication and collaboration with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to achieve key objectives within set timeframes.
- Build a Data-Driven Framework: Improve decision-making through the development and implementation of insights, tools, and analysis that provide actionable business intelligence and inform strategy.
- Develop Dashboards and Tools: Work closely with the data and analytics team to create dashboards and tools that track key metrics such as pipeline health, revenue growth, and forecasting accuracy.
- Optimize Go-to-Market Processes: Streamline go-to-market execution, improving efficiency by resolving bottlenecks and enhancing overall productivity to support revenue generation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, strategic planning, or business operations, including overseeing or contributing to large-scale, long-term go-to-market strategies, market segmentation, and account planning.
- Experience optimising sales or operational processes, including automating workflows and improving go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrated ability to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Excel).
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights for business decision-making.
- Expertise in performance tracking and forecasting, with a focus on accurate sales performance forecasting.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in revenue management, sales operations, or partnerships within a go-to-market or sales-focused function.
- Passion for and interest in Blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.
