This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.
THE ROLE
We seek a talented and innovative AI Video Editor to help us launch and grow a YouTube channel for two exciting brands: Hooks & Needles and Mrs. Quilty. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, AI-generated video content that not only captivates viewers but also drives traffic, generates leads, and boosts sales for both brand websites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality, AI-generated video content tailored to YouTube audiences, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice while promoting both Hooks & Needles and Mrs. Quilty.
- Leverage AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce polished, professional videos.
- Implement YouTube Performance Strategies, focusing on SEO, audience engagement, and algorithm optimization to maximize views and interactions.
- Research Trending Topics to develop creative video ideas that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the Team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and ensure both brands consistency.
- Optimize SEO through keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to improve video discoverability and performance.
- Monitor Video Performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content.
- Deliver High-Quality Videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in creating AI-generated video content, preferably for YouTube.
- Experience using AI tools such as Synthesia, Runway, Pictory, or similar platforms for video creation and editing.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Creativity in developing compelling content ideas that drive action and resonate with viewers.
- A portfolio of past AI-generated video projects (required for consideration).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating sales or lead-generation-oriented content.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles.
- Knowledge of YouTube monetization strategies.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and team members from Foxelli Group to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY
€1000 – €2000 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
