We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant who thrives on precision, takes full ownership of their work, and is eager to improve. If you’re highly detail-oriented and organized and enjoy working on creative projects while ensuring everything runs smoothly, this role is for you. This is a hands-on role, not a strategic leadership position – meaning you’ll be deeply involved in executing projects, ensuring accuracy, and continuously improving based on customer feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product development & improvement – Analyze customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and refine existing ones. Coordinate with external creators and internal teams to develop high-quality projects, ensuring clear instructions, content is polished, and the overall experience is continuously enhanced.
- Customer feedback analysis – Identifying trends in feedback and developing action plans to implement improvements.
- Market research & innovation – Keeping a pulse on industry trends, generating fresh ideas, and identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- Customer support collaboration – Assisted with product-related inquiries and engaged with online brand communities.
- Marketing support – Assisting in executing marketing initiatives, sourcing creative content, and contributing to product storytelling.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- E-commerce experience – Prior exposure to e-commerce, product development, or Brand Management.
- Extreme attention to detail – You catch the smallest errors and inconsistencies. Precision is your superpower.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Adaptability & Resilience – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at once, and adjust to shifting priorities without losing focus.
- Ownership & independence – You take full responsibility for tasks, follow through without being pushed, and ensure things get done
- Open to feedback & continuous improvement – You welcome constructive criticism and use it to get better.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss: the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills. Have a both-sided Q&A session.

SALARY
