Toast is looking for a passionate Senior Manager, Website Strategy to develop and drive the international growth strategy for toasttab.com properties. The ideal candidate is well versed in funnel management, website testing, localization and internationalization, and has a solid understanding of digital UX. This role will work closely with country marketing teams on global website strategy and prioritization of deliverables. Being proactive, innovative with strong communication skills are the keys to success. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and engaging across the entire company to drive business impact with a strong bias towards providing the best digital experience possible.

- Paint and deliver the regional toasttab.com website strategy and vision
- Drive user research to understand customer priorities and pain points to develop robust hypotheses, launch experimentation, and share learnings based on testing results
- Perform website audits, interpret data, identify key findings and make recommendations based on UX best practices and usability standards
- Work with country marketing team to develop toasttab.com roadmap focused on driving measurable increases in conversion rates and funnel impact
- Ladder roadmap up to funnel goals and track against performance
- Work closely with cross functional partners to balance intake process vs. web strategy driven roadmap and make tradeoff decisions
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Previous experience and technical acumen in scaling global web properties, currencies and payment methods
- Strong understanding of global marketing and localization best practices, including general knowledge of international data protection and privacy regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with teams, peers and senior leaders
- Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts and proven track record of leveraging data to influence and make decisions
- Enjoys being collaborative with stakeholders and team members in order to produce the best possible project outcomes
- Proactive and innovative self-starter with strategic thinking and strong problem solving capabilities
- Understanding of Google Analytics and how to best leverage this and other analytics tools
- General knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B testing
