Tasks in the role
- Own end-to-end product design process for our Influencer tools, from early concept sketches and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes, final specs, and iterative improvements
- Work closely with PO and the team to create and improve key metrics with the product. You’ll need to defend your decisions and participate in discussions and planning
- Rapidly sketch and prototype ideas to quickly access viability, and design the fine-grained details of interactions
- Elevate user experience and contribute to business growth through conducting UX research, communicating with current and potential clients, and gathering analytical data insights
- Partner with other designers and stakeholders to create holistic experiences across the user’s entire journey
- Supervise design implementation and conduct post-release testing, ensuring the live product aligns with the intended vision; quickly address any discrepancies with the team
Who we are looking for
- A proven track record in creating engaging user experiences with Figma
- Strong knowledge of growth design
- Expertise in driving user activation
- Mastery of quick prototyping
- Proactive feasibility validation
- User-centered approach
- Competitor research skills
- Researching competitors and drawing inspiration from best-in-class SaaS products
- Ability to support design decisions
- Good understanding of SaaS metrics
- Experience with tools like Amplitude, Tableau, and GA
- Post-release testing and proactive feedback

- Experience with SaaS products
- Experience launching new products or significant features, collaborating cross-functionally to bring innovations to market
