WorkWave is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Fintech Account Executive with exceptional technical knowledge and presentation skills. At WorkWave, we empower industries such as Field Service, Pest Control, Lawn and Landscape, and Logistics to achieve their full potential through our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. Our fintech team works to help our customers grow their businesses and save time and money through WorkWave’s suite of financial products. As part of our new and fast-growing fintech team, you’ll contribute to WorkWave’s initiative to help our largest customers to find the right fintech solution for their business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with our sales and account management teams to pitch WorkWave’s fintech offerings to our existing and net-new customers within the framework of our broader sales processes
- Consult with purpose: conduct discovery calls to deeply understand prospects’ fintech needs and challenges, positioning WorkWave as their trusted partner
- Deliver impactful presentations: prepare and lead engaging product demonstrations and solution recommendations that showcases WorkWave’s growing portfolio of fintech solutions
- Work with existing fintech users to ensure continued usage and success
- Own your results: consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals, both in terms of new signups and product usage
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including but not limited to: sales, product, operations, and finance, as well as with our partners
- Leverage technology to drive success: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, forecasts, and closed deals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven Industry Expertise: 5+ years of success in a SaaS or fintech revenue role, with a demonstrated history of exceeding goals. Bonus points for home services experience.
- Deep understanding of the payments and/or lending spaces.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that foster trust and drive results.
- Strong Business Acumen: Ability to independently strategize, multi-task, and manage multiple prospective clients simultaneously.
- Pipeline Mastery: Experience managing and driving a sales pipeline with consistent execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
