The Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a strategic and operational role on the leadership team, acting as a key partner to the VP of Product and the Director of Engineering while providing administrative support. This role is integral to ensuring both leaders can focus on their top priorities while advancing critical initiatives for the product and engineering organizations.

You will work closely with executives to move strategic objectives forward, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and contribute to planning and execution across both teams. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support, offering opportunities to engage in program management, process improvement, and high-level decision-making support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience supporting product and engineering executives in dynamic, growing organizations. You excel in building systems, streamlining workflows, and aligning teams to achieve their goals. Your ability to anticipate needs, build relationships, and operate autonomously will be key to success in this role.
