We are seeking a second product designer to own the design work for new features and improve existing UI/UX. The salary range for this role is competitive and based on experience. In this position, you will report to the Head of Design.

We’re all generalists, constantly taking on new challenges, which means you’ll engage with a wide range of design tasks. Occasionally, you’ll be able to contribute to our overall brand through exciting projects such as keynotes, 1-minute video ads, or web design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time product design experience at a SaaS startup.
- A portfolio of exceptional product designs shipped within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
- Experience designing complex product workflows, ideally B2B, from ideation to high-fidelity mocks, and take a system-centric approach to design (think and work with components).
- Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate the reasoning behind your designs.
- Ability to translate insights from product analytics (Posthog) or user interviews into concepts.
- Proficient in Figma and Framer.
Day-to-day:
- Work through design problems from beginning to end. Ideate and design features and improvements rapidly while maintaining high quality.
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
- Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Keep our design system in perfect shape.
- Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with other designers, take part in weekly critiques and help us continuously raise the quality bar by improving our design processes, principles, and tooling.

The process:
Each person that joins our team leaves a major impact on our product, culture, and trajectory, so we want to be sure this addition is right for both parties!
- Introductory chat (30 minutes) Here you can ask any questions you have for us and begin to get to know each a bit. The goal is to assess chemistry and communication.
- Portfolio deep dive (45 minutes)
- Take home assignment We will work together on a small design exercise to help us really assess what it’s like to work together. This is likely to take 4 hours over ~1 week
- Final interview + white-boarding activity (60 minutes) You’ll present your design solutions from the take home assignment and we’ll collaborate over a small design exercise so you can see whether it’d be fun to collaborate with us.
