Remote Product Marketing Team Lead @ Adaptavist

As the ScriptRunner Product Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for the success of the Product Marketing Team through commercial success and team leadership and management. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of product marketing efforts and aligning them with the broader business objectives.

As a key member of the ScriptRunner Marketing Leadership group, you will coordinate and align the product marketing strategy to the business unit strategy. This involves close collaboration with other functional leads, including the Engineering Leads, Product Management Lead, and UXD Lead.

This role has a heavy focus on strategic initiatives, including overseeing and aiding in the creation of target personas, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and sales enablement strategies to enhance market positioning and messaging. Management and leadership of the Product Marketing Team form a large part of the role, which includes, but  is not  limited to, mentoring, objective setting, best practice definition, and processes to streamline the different areas of product marketing. You will also be responsible for ensuring sharing of knowledge and creation of templates in order to improve the effectiveness of the team.

The Product Marketing Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the team’s targets & KPIs to the business unit leadership, as well as providing analysis and identifying remedial opportunities to any blockers to target attainment. Strong relationships and communication will need to be established and maintained with the shared services teams and the business unit Product teams, including product managers and product leadership.
