As a Freelance Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Field Marketing Manager with the administrative and operational aspects of event planning and execution. This position is ideal for someone highly organized and detail-oriented, who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure seamless event logistics. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating vendors, tracking budgets, and handling event communications. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping events on schedule and within scope will be essential in ensuring successful activations.
Work Duties:
- Assist in the coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
- Maintain and update event project plans, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and other external partners to confirm logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Support event registration, guest lists, and attendee communication.

Nice To Have:

- Basic knowledge of supporting platforms such as Luma, Eventbrite, and Canva.

Hourly Pay Rate:
- $60 per hour
- 15-20 hours weekly
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. No benefits are provided, and contractors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable laws.
