POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Brand Designer will lead the development and execution of branding and design initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in shaping and managing UpKeep’s visual identity. LatAm based candidates.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy & Identity Design:
- Develop and refine visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums.
- Design illustrations, images, color palettes, and other brand assets that align with the company’s guidelines.
- Translate brand strategy into innovative and engaging visual concepts.
- Creative Direction:
- Lead and oversee creative projects, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create collateral, presentations, and web assets that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Present ideas, concepts, and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product design teams to ensure branding is seamlessly integrated into digital products and systems.
- Work closely with all teams to develop brand-aligned materials, including advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
