What you’ll do
- Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to solve problems for our users – workers and businesses.
- Build new user-facing features – including everything from database models to APIs and UI components
- Contribute to platform, infra and cultural foundations for the company as it continues its explosive growth.
What we’re looking for
- Deep knowledge and strong fundamentals in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with at least familiarity in both.
- Self-sufficiency: pick a problem and drive results
- Curious to “go to ground†to understand our users and challenge assumptions
- Demonstrated initiative to up-skill oneself
- Clear verbal and written communication
