WorkWave is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. This position partners across HR functions to provide value-added services that support business goals. The HRBP is expected to have a deep understanding of the business unit’s financial status, culture, long-term plans, and competitive landscape.
