We’re seeking a chronically online, crypto-native Social Media Manager to join the Kraken Social team, working on all things social across our Kraken channels. At Kraken, it is essential to understand the brand ethos, mission and the community we serve – social is at the forefront of this. Social media marketing in the crypto space is different from other industries. Crypto-natives, like you, speak a different language. If you don’t know what HODL, WAGMI, REKT and Sats are, and if you don’t love creating endless memes, then this role may not be aligned with your ambitions.

We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products alongside creating partnership content that cuts through the noise and grabs attention. This role requires strong content creation skills with an analytical mindset, being a self-starter.

Compensation

This is the target annual salary range for this role. This range is not inclusive of other additional compensation elements, such as our Bonus program, Equity program, Wellness allowance, and other benefits [US Only] (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

The compensation range provided is influenced by various factors and represents the initial target range. Our salary offerings are dynamic and we strive to ensure that our base salary and total compensation package aligns and recognizes the top talent we aim to attract and retain. The compensation package of the successful candidate is based on various factors such as their skillset, experience, and job scope.
