We have job openings in our Inbound Phone Divisions! As a Digital Sales Representative, your job will be taking care of the customer – “be the hero” as we say here at Build.com. You will be held accountable for your call/chat quality and performance metrics within service. We expect each and every sales representative to be present, invested, and committed to the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will exhibit superb relationship-building and problem-solving skills while providing outstanding service through sales. An outstanding sales representative will focus on enhancing opportunities within every call to drive revenue and overall company growth. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Chico, CA, in accordance with company policy. We are open 7 days a week 5am-6pm (M-F) 6am-4pm (SA & SU) and you will be scheduled a shift within those hours of operation (Pacific Time). Weekend shifts are required and will be determined each quarter based on individual performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling inbound call/chat volume, with expectations of taking between 40-50 inbound customer calls/chats per 8 hour. work day.
- Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month.
- 85% schedule adherence to assigned schedule as referenced in Genesys phone system.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above & beyond to address all needs.
- Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining correct and precise information in Salesforce.com.
- During workflow identify website, process, product page, post call related inefficiencies or bugs and report if necessary.
- Work with a team of 15-20 other sales people.
- Success will be measured through call quality, and profit dollars generated monthly.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests.
- All BST’s must be completed to be eligible for promotions.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing, fast paced, service related role highly preferred.
- 3+ years of Sales experience preferred.
- Be highly detail oriented and have superior interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience using critical thinking tools to solve customer issues.
- Self-motivated, great teammate, and fast learner.
- Systematic and adaptable approach.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google Office suites.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and consistent internet connection.
