THE ROLE
Do you love e-commerce and have a passion for crafts like knitting or quilting? Are you comfortable wearing different hats and jumping in where help is needed?
Weâre a subscription-based e-commerce company serving craft lovers across the U.S. and Canada. In this freelance role, youâll support different parts of the businessâadmin, content, store updates, communications, or crafting-related tasksâdepending on whatâs needed and where your strengths lie.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE)
- Provide admin support and handle outreach communications
- Manage and update our Shopify store and product listings
- Assist with product, content, and marketing-related tasks
- Support crafting-related workflows (knitting, quilting, organizing supplies)
- Take on ad-hoc projects across departments
- Adapt to changing priorities and a variable workload
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- E-commerce experience is a must (your own shop or freelance gigs count!)
- Shopify knowledge is highly valued
- Interest or background in crafts (knitting, quilting, etc.) is a strong plus
- Flexible and comfortable with an inconsistent, project-based workload
- Independent, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Excited about joining a small, creative, and fast-moving team

POSITION DETAILS
- Contract Type: Freelance
- Service Fee: Starting from â¬500/month after taxes, depending on experience, skillset, and agreed working time
- Availability: Flexible part-time/full-time hours based on business needs
