We’re looking for a Social Media Analyst with 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms-specifically Facebook, Instagram, X, and Threads. This role involves engaging with online audiences, contributing to creative briefs, and scheduling/publishing posts using a social media management tool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll support day-to-day social media activities across multiple brands, assisting with publishing, monitoring, and community engagement for both paid and organic content. You’ll be the first point of contact between the brand and its audience, helping bring each brand’s personality to life across platforms. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to support campaigns and promotional plans. You’ll also leverage social listening to surface real-time content opportunities, monitor sentiment, and escalate issues when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Execute social media strategy: schedule, publish, and boost content based on brand editorial calendars, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Manage community engagement across multiple channels: amplify brand tone, foster conversation, deliver exceptional service, and help grow vibrant social communities.
- Occasionally develop real-time content: pitch ideas, create assets, and write copy in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Monitor channels for engagement opportunities, trending moments, and potential issues; flag insights and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in analyzing content and campaign performance to optimize future content strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative thinker who loves coming up with and executing big ideas.
- Passionate about staying current with social media trends and best practices.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of quality.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional social media management experience.
- Experience working in an agency or marketing team.
- Familiarity with publishing and managing content on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Threads.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and creative talent.
- Knowledge of campaign management, from concept to execution.
