As a Graduate Account Manager for Storyteller, you’ll be a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with our platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals. In time, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Gaining a deep, almost obsessive understanding of your clientsâ teams, competitions and sports, more than anyone else in the company
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and being the first person to respond to any queries
- Understanding clients’ business goals and challenges, and aligning Storyteller’s solutions to meet their needs
- Monitoring client usage and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as any risks to mitigate
- Conducting regular check-in calls and meetings with clients to review performance and address any concerns, and ensuring all notes are recorded and converted into any relevant actions
- Providing Quarterly Business Reviews to clients, containing actionable recommendations, progress reports and account performance
- Owning, updating and keeping track of any actions assigned for your client, as well as ensuring client details are kept up to date in Airtable
- Working with the Delivery Manager and clientsâ app vendors on any specific integration projects
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Design, Support) to ensure we deliver the services that our clients are expecting
- Advocating for client needs and feedback with the Product team.
- Contributing to improvements in our account management processes and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience communicating directly with customers
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and clients simultaneously, and comfort in constant context-switching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, bonus points if you have experience with a SAAS PM tool such as Airtable or Monday
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.
Secondly â if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem solving skills. Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview with Andy, our Head of Delivery.
