Remote Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketer @ Synthflow AI

We’re looking for a PLG Growth Marketer to take full ownership of product-led growth initiatives across our self-serve funnel. This is a newly created, high-impact role with clear runway to shape and scale a core growth lever. You’ll be the dedicated PLG lead, responsible for expanding the reach and success of a currently underutilized product segment.

As an individual contributor, you’ll operate independently, leading strategy, execution, and experimentation from end to end. You’ll bring fresh energy to a high-potential growth area within a B2B-focused organization.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how future customers will think about Voice Agents.

Key Responsibilities

As the sole owner of PLG initiatives, you will:

• Drive Growth Through Self-Serve Channels: Design and execute high-performing, scalable campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of self-serve product features.

• Own User Onboarding & Activation: Build and optimize onboarding journeys that shorten time-to-value and accelerate user activation.

• Launch & Market Features Creatively: Lead go-to-market strategy for product releases—craft compelling narratives, launch campaigns, and create buzz.

• Foster an Engaged User Community: Build relationships with power users and influencers; create spaces (forums, events, meetups) where community can thrive.

• Be the Voice of the PLG User: Act as an internal advocate for self-serve users—surface insights and feedback to Product, Support, and Leadership.

• Experiment Relentlessly: Run growth experiments across channels and touchpoints with a test-learn-iterate mindset.

• Analyze & Optimize Funnel Performance: Dig into behavioral data, funnel metrics, and retention cohorts to identify opportunities for conversion and expansion.

• Scale Education & Enablement: Create high-impact content like tutorials, help docs, guides, and a self-serve academy to empower product usage.
