The client is a marketing services company based in Richmond, Virginia, specializing in fractional marketing director and CMO services. They differentiate themselves from typical fractional CMO services by providing both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Ads Manager who specializes in META advertising (Facebook & Instagram). This role involves managing ad campaigns across approximately 10 client accounts, from strategy to execution and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working across multiple accounts while maintaining high performance and efficiency.
Schedule:
- Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM â 2:00 PM Richmond, VA time
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns within Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs (click-through rate, conversions, ROAS, etc.).
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for internal teams and/or clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure ad creatives and copy align with brand goals and strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts concurrently while maintaining consistent campaign quality and organization.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) to document campaign performance and maintain tracking reports.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in Meta Business Suite running paid ad campaigns (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations and optimizations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently juggle multiple client accounts.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for internal teams and/or clients.
