As a VJE, you will assist our customers in finding the perfect gift for any holiday or special occasion, build meaningful relationships with customers and host personal shopping appointments. What Youâll Do
- Connect with Customers: Engage with customers through chat, text and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment. You will offer our customers expert advice on products and services, style consultations and concierge shopping services.
- Present merchandise and services: Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each itemâs features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
- Support Sales Growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce
- Build Relationships: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.

- Manage Multiple Tasks: You excel in a fast-paced setting and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You will need to have strong time management skills.
- Have Flexible Schedules: You have flexible open availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as well as required mandatory overtime
- Maintain a Professional Workspace: You have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and provide your own high-speed internet, router/modem, and can set up the necessary equipment
- Are a Team Player: Youâre willing to participate in cross-training within the department and are comfortable being on camera for training and meetings
