We are looking for a strategically minded and delivery-oriented AI PM Chapter Lead / Senior Project Manager to shape and lead the scalable adoption of AI across our global organization. In this hybrid role, you will act both as a strategic consultant and a senior project delivery lead, responsible for identifying high-value AI opportunities, building an enterprise roadmap, and overseeing execution through dedicated AI initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, functional leaders, and AI delivery teams to ensure that AI is not only visionaryâbut implemented, adopted, and measurable.
Requirements
YOU WILL
- Strategic Planning & Consulting:
- Define the organizational AI vision in alignment with business strategy and operational goals
- Analyze business processes and identify high-impact AI opportunities across departments (e.g., predictive maintenance in operations, document processing in finance, attrition risk in HR)
- Develop and own a strategic AI initiative roadmap and investment plan
- Guide the organization through the discovery, feasibility, and prioritization of AI use cases
- Recommend appropriate delivery models (centralized, federated, CoE) and technology stacks
- Evangelize responsible AI practices, data governance, and business value realization
- Program & Project Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of priority AI projects, including vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined KPIs
- Translate AI concepts into tangible deliverables through collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts
- Monitor project performance, facilitate agile ceremonies, and report on project and program impact
- Coordinate onboarding, change management, and user training for deployed AI solutions
YOU NEED
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in project or program management, including recent (2â3 years) experience leading AI/ML-related initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications and deployment scenarios in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success in building or contributing to an AI roadmap or enterprise-level transformation
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile certification (or equivalent)
- Experience in business process improvement and strategic consulting
- Familiarity with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not All Are Required)
- Hands-on experience working with platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI
- Background in consulting, digital transformation, or innovation management
- Experience in building or scaling internal AI capability hubs or Centers of Excellence
- Knowledge of tools for experimentation, explainability (e.g. SHAP, LIME), and model performance tracking
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate)
