We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Leader to drive a high-visibility Commercial Analytics initiative across the Nordics region. The project is in its initial phase and focuses on delivering actionable insights and strategic reporting to senior leadership. This role requires a unique blend of Project Management, Data Insights & Analytics, and Commercial expertise.
Requirements
YOU WILL
- Monthly Sales Reporting:
Deliver and present regular sales performance reports to Senior Management, HQ, and for webcasts. - Power BI Ownership:
Act as superuser and owner of active Power BI dashboards. Drive development of new reporting tools or enhancements based on Sales function needs. - Volume Monitoring:
Manage weekly offtake data tracking and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate volume insights. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead and coordinate workstreams involving Commercial and Data & Analytics teams across multiple departments and functions. - Stakeholder Management:
Engage and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment, clarity, and communication. - Project Governance:
Oversee all aspects of the project including timeline, risk mitigation, budget management, and quality control. - Progress Monitoring:
Lead regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, track progress against objectives, and report on key metrics and milestones.
YOU NEED
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within Commercial Analytics or Data-Driven Business Projects
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, business performance KPIs, and data visualization
- Hands-on experience with Power BI as a user or owner
- Ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into executive-level insights
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in or with the Nordics region is a plus
Work Environment:
