Automation developer, support team (Finance)
Position type: Full-Time (Home based)
We’re looking for new members of our Automation and Analytics Support team to help us with resolving of our customers inquiries related to existing automation solutions. We use Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, and other leading technologies to redesign processes using core Automation principles: efficiency, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Responsibilities:
- Incident resolution for Python and Alteryx-based automation solutions
- Incident analysis, debugging and testing
- Cooperation with developers and architects
- Communication and support to solution end users
- Process and solution improvement identification and implementation
- Support month-end close processes
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in IT, Finance, Maths, or Economics
- Proficient user in Python
- Experience in Alteryx is advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Quick adaptation to dynamically changing environment and flexibility
- Analytical mind-set & problem-solving skills
- Experience working in SSC environment – advantage
Leading Technology Stack:
- Python (Pandas and Selenium are a must)
- Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Core certification – nice to have)
- Business or Automation Experience in below ERP Systems would be an asset: SAP, Peoplesoft, Coupa, ServiceNow
- Skills in the following technologies are not required, but will be considered an advantage: SQL, Power Excel, VBA Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision Microsoft Power Platform RPA (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) Java, API Development
