SAP MM/WM Inhouse Consultant â German Speaker (m/f/d)
Location: Weingarten near Ravensburg (Germany, with occasional travel to the Stuttgart area); Remote for Poland and Czech Republic; Ferrara for Italy
Your Responsibilities â Diverse & Future-Focused:
- Advise and support departments on all SAP MM and WM-related topics
- Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing SAP processes in procurement, materials management, and warehouse logistics
- Independently perform system configurations (customizing) in SAP MM and WM
- Integrate MM/WM processes with related SAP modules such as SD or PP
- Coordinate and test authorization adjustments; maintain user and role management
- Support and participate in (inter)national SAP projects and rollouts
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct training and support for key users
Your Profile â Expertise with Hands-On Experience:
- Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience supporting SAP MM and WM, including strong customizing skills
- Practical experience in procurement, materials management, and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with EDI processes; basic knowledge of related modules (e.g., SD, PP) is a plus
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
- SAP certifications in MM and/or WM are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills for process assessment and report creation
- Team-oriented, structured, and solution-driven work style
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Stuttgart region (e.g., for coordination or warehouse site visits)
