The role:

As our Scrum Master, you will be the key person responsible for applying Scrum principles to drive high-quality outcomes. Our Scrum teams are deeply invested in the success of the applications we develop. In your role, you will help keep the team focused on their objectives while educating them on the significance of Sprint Goals, roadmaps, metrics, and user feedback.

Requirements

  • A Scrum Master at least 2 years of hands-on experience driving successful software development products,
  • A pro with a strong understanding of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) and the ability to adapt them to software house challenges,
  • A fan of a product approach, with practical experience working with product teams and external product owner/stakeholders to deliver real value to users and the business,
  • A facilitator skilled in managing business expectations and ensuring alignment between business priorities and the development team’s understanding,
  • A practitioner who uses data and metrics to help the team find the new areas to improve,
  • An empathetic communicator who values feedback as a superpower, excelling at both giving and receiving it for continuous growth,
  • A knowledge-sharing enthusiast eager to learn from others and inspire growth,
  • A fluent communicator in English and Polish, written and spoken (minimum B2 level).

  • Know your way around mobile app development,
  • Bring a technical edge with a solid understanding of how software is built,

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating daily with clients and teams globally to drive product success,
  • Empowering product teams to deliver top-quality digital solutions that truly resonate with user needs,
  • Supporting Product Owners in their responsibilities e.g. providing a vision of product development, managing and refining the product backlog,
  • Helping clients and stakeholders in understanding the value of agile product development,
  • Coaching and mentoring teams in best agile practices tailored to their unique needs,
  • Helping the team with identifying and removing obstacles that could impact team progress,
  • Fostering a mindset of continuous improvement within the teams and organization,
  • Facilitating dynamic product workshops and brainstorming sessions,
  • Sharing insights, lessons learned, successes, and failures across the organization to promote collective learning,
  • Promoting Agile practices and supporting their implementation across the organization,
  • Building a strong organizational culture rooted in company values and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary:

80 – 110 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

11 000 – 15 200 PLN brutto (UoP)
