Independent customer support throughout the entire project as the first point of contact and coordinator between customer needs and the project team
Analysis and specification of customer requirements in close cooperation with specialist departments and identification of practical implementation options for technical and content requirements
Focus on target groups, optimal user journeys and data-driven approaches – application of appropriate tools and strategies in content marketing and digital marketing

You are a proactive and motivated team member with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
You have solid experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of content and digital marketing projects
You have an in-depth understanding of project management and content marketing techniques. You base your decisions on data from tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare
You combine a quick mind with strategic relationship management, recognize potential and challenges at an early stage and develop them into sustainable successes
