Your mission
- Event management: You organise our webinars, online and offline events – from the initial concept to evaluation. You will rely on smart processes, coordinate internal and external participants and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You take care of content and technical preparation (Salesforce, WordPress, GoToWebinar) and develop new event formats – also using AI-based analysis and automation.
- Campaign management: You plan and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns in close coordination with Content, Sales and Customer Success. You will use AI-supported tools for target group segmentation, personalisation and success measurement. You develop creative approaches for product launches, upsell campaigns and lead campaigns – and implement these in a data-based and scalable manner.
- Mailings: You are responsible for the entire mailing process – from planning and sending to automated follow-up. By using tools such as Salesforce/Pardot and AI, you create targeted mailings, analyse their performance and continuously optimise texts, timing and targeting. This also includes mailing list management and A/B testing.
- Reporting & Performance: You analyse the success of your campaigns and events, create reports and develop specific optimisation measures based on data. Together with Revenue Operations, you will also use AI-based analysis tools to identify patterns and trends and target your marketing even more effectively.
- Landingpages & Forms: Together with our Digital Marketing Manager, you will create and optimise landing pages and forms (e.g. for whitepapers or event registrations) in WordPress – with the aim of continuously improving user experience, conversion and personalisation using smart tools.
Your profile
- 2-5 years of experience in campaign and event management, ideally in a B2B and/or SaaS environment
- Familiar with using Salesforce, marketing automation tools such as Pardot, WordPress and webinar tools
- Experience or interest in using AI-supported marketing tools (e.g. for copywriting, automation, analysis or personalisation)
- Creativity and a good sense of timing, target groups and content
- Analytical thinking, openness to new technologies and a drive for continuous improvement
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoy teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German and English
