- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for Meta products and platforms.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Identify and track key performance metrics.
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree(or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or a related field and two years of work experience in job offered or a marketing-related occupation
- Requires 24 months of experience in the following:
- 1. Go-to-market launch planning with associated messaging and positioning
- 2. Ability to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, gathering deep feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- 3. Management consulting
- 4. Product strategy and project management
- 5. Understanding of macroeconomic and econometric techniques to identify industry trends, and size impact
- 6. Experience with tech industry to enable close collaboration with Engineering and Business Operations
- 7. Quantitative analysis
- 8. Marketplace dynamics & technologies

$251,772/year to $274,450/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
