We are looking for a dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts in Romania, for both MMC Tech and Darwin.
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will have an opportunity to work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants (TACs), Hiring Mangers (HMs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and be responsible for all kind of administrative tasks oriented at ensuring the best recruitment experience for candidates and for other parties involved in the recruitment process.â¯
We will count on you to:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers (HMs) located in EMEA region.
- Initiate and monitor the pre-employment screenings.
- Generate offer letters and contracts for new joiners to our business units.
- Proceed in all pre-boarding activities for the new joiners.
- Take part in various project-related activities concerning employer branding and recruitment.
What you need to have:
- Fluency in English, French (min. B2+/C1) or Italian (min. B2+/C1) is a must.
- Good command of MS Office (you should be able to modify the structure and appearance of text in MS Word or create an Excel report from time to time).
- Very good attention to detail.
- You should be able to manage different priorities at the same time.
- Business maturity – you should feel comfortable working with country leaders and hiring managers at top levels within our organization.
