Title: Training and Learning Specialist

The Role:â¯Â
Training and Learning Specialists support the development, delivery, and evolution of training content across our platforms, including AuctionMaster, AWG, Simulcast, Core, and Marketplace.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role:Â
This role ensures consistent learning standards, supports user onboarding, improves platform adoption, and enhances operational efficiency across dealer, client, and internal user groups.
Â
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:Â
- Conduct platform training sessions for new hires, auction staff, and dealer clients.
- Maintain and update learning materials, documentation, and video tutorials.
- Field user questions and offer coaching or clarification.
- Collaborate with product and support teams on system updates.
- Monitor training progress and report on learner readiness.
- Refine onboarding workflows and knowledge base content.
- Support live and remote learning via screen shares and recordings.

Qualifications of this Role:Â
- 3+ years in training, instructional design, or learning & development
- Strong knowledge of (or interest in learning) SIA platforms: AuctionMaster, AWG, Simulcast, Core, and Marketplace
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience with LMS platforms, video training tools, or documentation tools is a plus
