Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and mission-driven Solutions Engineer â Physical Security to support pre-sales efforts across all territories, working closely with Account Executives to address the specific needs of physical security, executive protection, and corporate threat teams. This role will be instrumental in demonstrating how DeleteMeâs platform reduces real-world threats by protecting personnel from being targeted through exposed online personal data. You’ll bridge technical understanding with physical security operations and bring clarity to how digital footprints impact physical risk.
Job Responsibilities:-Serve as the primary technical resource supporting sales conversations focused on physical security use cases-Collaborate with AEs to tailor demos and presentations that address the needs of EP teams, corporate security, and threat intelligence units-Clearly articulate how exposed personal data fuels real-world risks such as doxxing, stalking, harassment, and insider threats-Translate physical security challenges into actionable solutions using DeleteMeâs privacy platform-Lead responses to technical and operational questions from prospects and customers, including RFPs and security evaluations-Support the development of physical security-focused enablement materials, FAQs, and value propositions-Stay informed on physical threat trends, OSINT tactics, and the evolving needs of enterprise security programs-Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with customer needs and platform capabilities
Job Requirements:-Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, with a focus on physical security, EP, corporate threat, or public safety-Familiarity with executive protection operations, GSOC functions, or high-risk personnel programs-Ability to map online privacy risks to physical security outcomes in a way that resonates with operational buyers-Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including physical security professionals and C-suite stakeholders-Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams-Excellent verbal and written communication, including creation of technical documentation and slide decks-Comfortable supporting multiple territories and priorities in a fast-moving sales environment-Background in intelligence, law enforcement, military, or corporate security is a plus-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company’s travel reimbursement policy.
