Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Engineer â Cybersecurity to join our team. In this role, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our Account Executives (AEs), supporting cybersecurity conversations across all territories. Youâll engage directly with prospects and customers to explain the value and technical capabilities of DeleteMeâs solutions, helping to tailor demonstrations, answer security-related questions, and remove technical blockers from the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:-Partner with AEs across regions to support technical pre-sales conversations and product demos-Deliver compelling presentations and product walkthroughs tailored to security-conscious buyers and stakeholders-Serve as a subject matter expert on DeleteMeâs cybersecurity value proposition, privacy posture, and technical differentiators-Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for prospects and customers-Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to stay current on platform capabilities, roadmap, and security updates-Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires-Support proof-of-concept and trial deployments with technical guidance and solutioning-Help refine technical sales content, FAQs, objection handling, and demo materials based on field learnings
Job Requirements:-Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role-Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and enterprise security requirements-Experience working in a SaaS, B2B sales environment with complex sales cycles-Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences-Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams-Familiarity with privacy, data protection, or identity-related technologies is a plus-Experience with tools like Salesforce, demo platforms, and documentation systems-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company’s travel reimbursement policy.
