Job Description
Work closely with business departments to provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Assist in developing and monitoring budgets to ensure alignment between business and financial objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide key business insights to management.
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance and the effectiveness of internal controls.
Track industry trends and best practices, and apply relevant knowledge to daily work.
Qualifications
Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major is not limited. Candidates with a background in finance, accounting, information technology, artificial intelligence, data analysis, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in financial analysis or business partnering is preferred.
Skills Requirements: Proficient in Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity and experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools are required.
Personal Qualities: Strong initiative, innovative thinking, and learning ability. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Plus Points:
Possessing CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications.
Experience as a Finance Business Partner (FBP) is preferred.
Experience working in an international company and the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
Practical experience or strong interest in the application of AI and machine learning in the finance field.
