We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager, Tech to drive high-quality, high-velocity hiring across Tech teams in EMEA and APAC. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers, partnering closely with business stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring goals in a scaling, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with VP, Directors and business leaders, Finance and HR Business partners to ensure workforce plans within your function are executed within budget and on time
- Execute on hiring plans while understanding blockers to resolve.
- Provide subject matter expertise in recruitment to include market conditions and competitor analysis to your stakeholder group
- Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
- Mentor and coach a team of high performing recruiters and sourcers to ensure they have the support, resources and training they need to be successful
- Identify & implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent to Deel
- Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across your region and stakeholders
- Track team goals and measure performance to track and communicate recruiting effectiveness throughout the organization
- Foster collaboration across global TA teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency in candidate engagement
- 10+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a lead or team management capacity
- Proven success hiring for Tech teams across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment with rapid scaling needs.
- Ability to coach and develop teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Data-driven approach and comfort with recruitment tools and metrics.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms e.g. Ashby and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Familiarity with technical hiring frameworks and structured interviewing practices.
- The use of AI tools (eg. Covey, Metaview) to drive efficiencies across your teams
- Understanding of regional hiring nuances in APAC and EMEA markets.
