About The Role:Â
As a Renewal Specialist, Services Sales, youâll own the renewal process for a global portfolio of customers, driving retention, reinforcing value, and supporting revenue growth. Youâll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to deliver a seamless, customer-first experience.

Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of renewals across global customer accounts
Develop and execute a structured renewal plan with timely outreach
Collaborate with Customer Success to align renewals with customer satisfaction and usage
Reinforce value throughout the renewal cycle to maximize retention
Deliver renewal proposals and negotiate terms within defined guardrails
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM updates
Identify opportunities for early renewals, multi-year agreements, and potential upsells
Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure smooth contract execution
Escalate churn risks and work cross-functionally on resolution strategies
Support process improvements and contribute to renewal playbooks and best practices
Share customer feedback and renewal insights with internal teams
Help onboard new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Qualifications
1â2+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or services sales
Proven track record managing renewals at scale in a SaaS or fintech setting
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a value-first approach
Excellent communication skillsâboth written and verbalâwith a customer-centric mindset
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ tools, DocuSign, and other contract platforms
Experience addressing churn risks and implementing win-back strategies
Collaborative and comfortable working across global teams and time zones
Understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, MRR, churn, and NRR
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience preferred
