This role is crucial in enhancing employee experience and business awareness through effective communication strategies, fostering collaboration, and enabling our teams to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will be business focused, proactive and agile with a passion for driving engaging and impactful, innovative communication initiatives. The candidate will work closely with consulting and functional departments to ensure consistent and effective knowledge sharing and engagement throughout the organisation. Reporting to the Global Communications Director, the role will sit in the Marketing, Communications and Sales Enablement function. The role is expected to work closely with leadership and colleagues across the business in industry, practice solutions and functions at both global and market level.  The role will also work closely with capability development, people & culture, recruiting and knowledge management teams.
