As a Product Manager at Revecore, you will help hospitals recover more revenue through advanced technology. You will partner with our business and engineering teams to deliver leading technology that supports our revenue integrity business unit. Duties include analyzing data to find opportunities, developing a roadmap, delivering outcomes, and presenting to senior leaders.

Delivering Outcomes
· Own a product or workstream from end to end: idea generation, design, development, testing, and tracking success metrics.
· Calculate estimated value of a project, and use to prioritize project in your backlog.
· Demonstrate expertise of customers, data, business, and industry to deliver differentiated initiatives.
· Create and maintain a roadmap for data deliverables with success KPIs and identified value delivery.
· Deliver on annual KPI and financial targets.

Product Design
· Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
· Translate user and stakeholder needs into functional requirements for product features that are clearly understood by development teams.
· Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate their needs.
· Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, based on changing requirements and in line with organization’s vision and goals.

Team Collaboration:
· Act as liaison with stakeholders to communicate solution design, backlog, and trade-offs that need to be made.
· Provide an active role in mitigating impediments to impact successful team completion of a release.
· Communicate effectively with team members to achieve product goals and provide constant feedback.
Â
Youâll be successful if you have:
· 2+ years of experience in Product.
· Experience with and a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.
· Know SQL to pull and analyze data.
· The ability to work with cross-functional teams productivity is required. Tactfully working through completing product priorities is critical.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrated by a successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
