Scope/Job Summary
Leads execution of work by defining and implementing operational and/or tactical plans based on functionâs strategy and business plans. Specifies new standards, processes, or products. Responsible for the clinical development and knowledge of the O&P customers and sales team within one of the four sales regions. Responsible to develop in depth of knowledge, expertise and ability to effectively demonstrate the full range of products and services. Collaborates with sales team to coordinate and execute training events. Identifies opportunities for current product research, product development and business growth. Responds to technical inquires associated with product returns, concerns and complaints assisting the customer with the solution. Organization and presentation skills are critical for this position.Â

Responsibilities
- Operate as the main contact for your assigned territory for all Prosthetics queries.
- Create and execute on business development and strategic planning to increase the Ãssur footprint and deliver on current and future Growth targets.
- Develop and execute innovative and practical prosthetic education training programs for customers with the support of our Academy Lead.
- Assist to develop information and reimbursement support resources for our products
- Support product management and marketing initiatives; including new product launches
- Monitor industry and competitor products and scientific reviews, presenting at scientific congresses and major commercial forums as required.
Supervision
- Sets plans and directions which may influence others within function/department.
- Does not lead a team. Provides non-managerial direction or guidance to peers or junior employees.
Education and Experience
- Bachelorâs degree, or an international equivalent in a related field is.
- Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist (CPO)Â
- Emphasis in clinical experience on fitting advanced technologies to lower and upper extremity amputees
- In depth experience within a clinical environment as a practicing prosthetist with regular exposure to the end customer and case management
