Job Purpose:

As a Bilingual Customer Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers by managing a range of inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices (IID). In this position, your primary objective is to achieve one-call resolution by efficiently addressing customer questions and concerns, while providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements specific to their IID needs. You will act as a knowledgeable resource, educating customers on their responsibilities and options to ensure they have a smooth, compliant experience with our products and services.
