ð Hi! Weâre TripleTen â an award-winning coding bootcamp helping people from all backgrounds launch careers in tech. We’re looking for a SEO Growth Engineer to turn customer insights into organic growth.Â
You’ll identify search opportunities based on user needs research, estimate their ROI, build no-code/low-code AI-driven tools and quizzes to capture organic traffic, create optimized landing pages, and design simple funnels that convert visitors into our core product users.

What you will do
- Analyze user needs and search demand to find ideas for AI-powered tools, quizzes, and other solutions that drive SEO traffic.
- Estimate search volume, traffic potential, token costs, and possible ROI before launching.
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools and landing pages using no-code/low-code platforms like Replit or Cursor.
- Collaborate with our SEO agency and influencer team to maximize tool visibility and reach.
- Design simple, effective funnels that convert organic visitors into leads and users.
- Analyze market trends and test innovative strategies to grow organic traffic, including exploring new search engines and LLM-based platforms.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above) to work effectively with US-based colleagues and markets.
- Experience generating hypotheses, estimating costs and returns, and running experiments or A/B tests.
- Experience using Cursor, Replit, or Lovable (or similar tools) to prototype and launch simple tools quickly.
- Basic coding skills in HTML/CSS and Python, including API integration and webhook setup.
- Solid understanding of SEO â how websites rank, how to use tools like Search Console (including Regex filters), Ahrefs (or similar), and the basics of technical SEO and link-building.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals â user segmentation, user journeys, and funnel logic.
- Basic design and copywriting skills, including creating simple layouts (e.g., in Figma) and writing landing page content.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience managing contractors or coordinating cross-functional teams.
Will be your advantage:
- Experience working with the US market or in international teams.
- Startup experience or having launched your own projects.
- Knowledge of how LLM-based search engines rank content and how to optimize for them.
- Automation skills using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Deep expertise in at least one area: Python development, advanced SEO tools and large-scale SEO projects, or product marketing with user research and AI-powered tools.
