We seek a Global Cloud Services Engineer Lead to oversee our 24/7 global operations team. This role suits experienced SRE/DevOps professionals or emerging leaders ready for advancement.

This role involves enhancing reliability, performance, and scalability of SaaS environments while mentoring a skilled team. Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure seamless cloud services aligned with business objectives.
As a Global Cloud Services Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a global, follow-the-sun team, ensuring 24/7 operational excellence and rapid incident response.
- Overseeing system maintenance, software upgrades, and patching to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Establishing and maintaining robust monitoring, alerting, and observability across production environments.
- Driving incident management and resolution, including root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure operations with company goals.
- Defining and enforcing reliability, uptime, and SLA standards, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Demonstrate a good background in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly in SaaS or high-availability environments.
- Have excellent experience in scripting and automation ( Python, Bash, PowerShell) and experience with modern DevOps tooling ( Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes).
- Have Proven leadership experience (2+ years) OR you’re a senior-level engineer with a clear desire and readiness to take on a people management role.
- Have experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response in production environments.
- Have excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team.
- Have a proactive mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
