The Social Media Operations Associate is responsible for paid campaign delivery across all social channels for our B2B client base.
The Associate focuses on the daily management of campaigns, ensuring advertisements are completed according to client contracts and inline with best practices, with a daily focus on value for our clients, while maintaining maximal profit yield.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with client-facing colleagues to secure campaign assets and answer questions around ad specifications, best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Send reminders for upcoming campaigns and secure approval before launch.
- Configure campaign details using social advertising platforms: time frame, ad formats, targeting, budget, and more.
- Upload, test and schedule ad creative, ensuring timely start and full delivery of all contracted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring successful balance between campaign performance and profit yield within desired margins.
- Raise concerns to leadership as appropriate
- Be fast and accurate at scale across a large array of clients
- Investigate issues (ad rejections, delivery hindrances, technical issues, etc.) within platforms and follow up with clients, agencies, and internal parties and to provide resolutions to these issues.
- Ensure Account Managers and Clients are well informed with current campaign data as it relates to creative in hand/outstanding, client requests and campaign level priorities. Communicate updates using appropriate business channels, including those that impact revenue delivery via CRM.
- Seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall product execution.
- Support client-facing colleagues to maintain positive publisher-client relationships and support excellent customer service.
- Assist Social Campaign manager with monthly revenue reconciliation tasks, as instructed.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Experience with social ad serving and paid campaign management: Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Reddit; campaign set-up, targeting configuration, performance optimization, goal understanding, tracking tags, and complex delivery QA
- Excellent communication skills both externally (with clients) and internally
