About the role
As the Territory Sales Manager for Ontario, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with automotive dealerships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in B2B sales.
What you’ll do
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the Ontario region.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and key decision-makers.
· Conduct regular in-person visits to dealerships to present products, provide training, and support sales initiatives.
· Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
· Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in territory sales, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket accessories industry.
· Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to travel extensively within the Ontario region (up to 70%).
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation.
