Job Description
Take ownership of a crucial role in our clientâs growth strategy by connecting with newly licensed insurance professionals across multiple U.S. states. As an Appointment Setter, youâll be the first point of contact for promising insurance professionals, helping guide them toward exciting career opportunities. Working in a modern virtual office environment, youâll utilize cutting-edge technology platforms to manage outbound campaigns and schedule strategic appointments. This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to expand into broader communication responsibilities and earn performance-based commissions.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to newly licensed insurance professionals across 12 U.S. states
- Deliver congratulatory messages and engage prospects in meaningful conversations about career growth opportunities
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the Expansion Director
- Manage and optimize calling campaigns using PhoneBurner dialing system
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the GoHighLevel CRM
- Operate professionally within a virtual office environment via Zoom
- Track and report on key performance metrics and appointment setting success rates
- Potential to expand role to include:
- Regular communication with existing agent network
- Client policy updates and relationship management
- Strategic outreach initiatives

Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in telesales or appointment setting
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in:
- Modern phone dialer systems
- CRM platforms
- Virtual office environments

- Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic
- Experience in or knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
