We’re currently looking for our future SEO Manager for the Lab Product and Services (LPS) division. This position can be held remotely in France or in Germany.
As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies. Your ultimate aim is to drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through enhanced search engine rankings. As part of our innovative digital team, you will take ownership of the SEO channel and work closely with other teams in Marketing, Product Management, and IT to deliver results.Â
Youâll also shape how our content is structured and tagged to increase visibility through both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery tools.

Maximize the business value from SEO
Work with Marketing and Product Management to develop a strategic SEO roadmap for the LPS division.
Define goals and KPIs for all SEO activities.
Regularly monitor and analyze SEO performance and adjust the relevant keyword portfolio using tools like the Google Suite, web crawlers, and enterprise-level SEO tools
Review and make proposals for the optimization of new content and web pages in terms of SEO strategy
Collaborate with Product Management and copywriters, optimize existing content to reach our SEO goals
Develop and apply structured data (schema.org) to improve visibility in AI-powered search experiences (ex: Google SGE, Chat GPT plugins)
Ensure all content is tagged and categorized appropriately to feed generative AI systems and voice search
Develop robust link-building strategies and manage the execution of these initiatives effectively
Work with IT teams to ensure technical SEO standards are met and optimized
Collaborate on the development of AI-readable content format (ex: FAQ rich content, zero-click results, structured meta-data)
Create dashboards and reports to support our data-driven approach to decision-making
Educate internal teams about SEO, organize training, and support the team with SEO-related questions
Keep the organization informed of major AI-related changes to search algorithms and user behavior
What will convince us
Bachelors degree in marketing, information technology, business administration, or another relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience evidenced by 7+ years of experience in web development and/or search engine optimization
5+ years experience in search engine optimization with a strong portfolio of successful projects and improving SERP rankings (BioTech SEO experience is required)
Experience optimizing content for AI search engines and large language models (LLMs), including use of schema markup, question-based structures, and answer snippets
Passionate about SEO and always up to date on the latest updates and trends
Experience integrating AI into SEO workflows or automation pipelines
Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO tools (Ex : Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT) and how to incoroporate them into content strategy
Analytical mindset and experience with digital marketing and SEO tools such as SEOClarity Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or similar
Well-versed in communicating with stakeholders from different functions and with varying levels of background knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English skills
