What’s the opportunity?
As our Payouts Associate, you will join a team that takes full responsibility for carrying on the processing flows in different countries, iterating with other banks or partners, and looking to improve their performance.
What will I be doing?
- Process and analyze payment instructions in different countries.
- Engage daily with banks, payment processors, and clients to ensure the efficiency of the payment systems.
- Make a proactive analysis of the transactional flows to detect risk issues and implement improvements.
- Reconcile and control the full transactional flow of daily processing.
- Interact and collaborate with the different areas of the company. Contact banks and partners to resolve issues and find solutions.
What skills do I need?
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills, systematic, and organized.
- Basic SQL- Advantage.
