- Diagnose and resolve complex Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues across Enterprise Environments.
- Design, configure, and deploy scalable and secure network infrastructure solutions.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for incidents unresolved by Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise-grade routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing technologies.
- Implement and enforce network security best practices aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) to protect manufacturing systems.
Required Skills and Technologies
- 5+ years network engineering in medium to large enterprise
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Extensive experience with Cisco wired and wireless networks.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
