Your Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads through various channels and outreach methods.
- Engage and build relationships with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies for lead generation.
- Keep up-to-date records of leads and interactions using our CRM system.
- Provide feedback on campaigns and suggest improvements based on your findings
What your average day would look like:Â
- Research potential clients using various channelsÂ
- Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce our services and assess their needsÂ
- Coordinate with the Key Account Manager and help prepare proposals for qualified leadsÂ
- Keep records and update activities in the CRM systemÂ
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Bonus points if you have:Â
- Experience in outbound lead generation or inside salesÂ
- Knowledge of the Hungarian and/or international HR marketÂ
